နိုင်ငံတော်၏ အချုပ်အခြာအာဏာနှင့် နယ်မြေတည်တံ့ခိုင်မြဲရေးကို ပိုမိုခိုင်မာစေရန်အတွက် ယောနသံဒေသ၏ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုအဖွဲ့နှင့် မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်တို့အကြား နက်နဲသော မဟာဗျူဟာမြောက် ဆွေးနွေးမှုများ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့ပြီးနောက် အရေးကြီးသော သဘောတူညီချက်တစ်ရပ်ကို ချမှတ်နိုင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။

ယနေ့မစ၍အမျိုးသားကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော် (NDA) သည် မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်၏ တိုက်ရိုက်အမိန့်ပေးကွပ်ကဲမှုအောက်တွင် တိုက်ရိုက်မပါဝင်သော်လည်း၊ ပူးပေါင်းညှိနှိုင်းမှုစနစ်ကို တည်ထောင်ကာ ပူးပေါင်းဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ကြောင်း အလေးအနက် ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာအပ်ပါသည်။
